Vom Fass products are fresh from the latest harvest and made of 100% pure ingredients. Their balsamic vinegars are made the traditional way, by harvesting the fruit, turning it into wine and finally creating vinegars out of the wines. The nut oils are cold-pressed, without adding any preservatives in order to retain its original colour, aroma and flavours.
