MERCI x JDC
Merci Media IS NOW PARTNERING WITH JDC (Japan Dento Corporation) TO UNVEIL THE MOST EXCLUSIVE craftsmanship materials from Japan
About Japan DENTO Corporation (JDC)
JDC is the curation platform for premium materials rooted on Japanese craft culture, connecting creators with luxurious space market worldwide. Craftsmanship is one of the significant attributes which define luxury today. JDC elect and curate crafted materials into thematic groups representing a "Contemporary Japanese Style" — a specific style to become a focal point in Western architectural space.
Japan possesses a unique creative environment. JDC seeks to define an "atmosphere of the place" — a "DENTO 伝統" that emerges from this unique artisanal tradition. One that wishes to introduce to the world. This "Atmosphere of Place" drifts casually, as air drifts through space, with a sense of transparency. And like a fragrant aroma or beautiful sound, it conveys a rich flavour and pleasant message. This "Crafted Material Culture" will continue to evolve while carrying forward Japan's long creative history. Meet a few of our great creators.
